If services are cancelled/terminated within 60 days of the event, Always On Board will retain 25% of the deposit/installment and seek any additional expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders and/or rentals.
If services are cancelled/terminated within 30 days of the event, Always On Board shall be entitled to retain the full 50% deposit/installment and seek any additional losses including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders and/or rentals.
If services are cancelled/terminated within 7 days of the event, it is ineligible for a refund or credit.
Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated, please get in touch for specific details.
Absolutely! Please indicate any special request in the comment section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate. If there is price increase associated, you will be contacted for further instructions.
DELIVERIES: If you cancel your order 5 days prior to your delivery date, a full refund will be provided. If you cancel your order 2-4 days prior, 50% of your total amount will be refunded. 0-1 day cancellations are ineligible for a refund.

For optimal enjoyment, charcuterie boards are best enjoyed the same day that they were prepared. However if refrigerated and wrapped properly, they will last up to 48hours.

In person workshops are eligible for a refund if you cancel 5 days prior to your event date.
Virtual workshops cancelled 24hour prior to the date will be credited to your account. Cancellations made 24 hours or more will be given a refund. No shows are ineligible for a refund or credit.
Grazing Tables require a minimum of 20 people. Otherwise orders will be filled using our standard size boards.
